The QJ(R) series submersible pump set is composed of a QJ(R) submersible pump and a YQS type submersible motor that are paired to function in a deep borehole. A control panel featuring protection against over-load, short-circuits, and phase failure, among other safeguards, supervises the operation of the pump set. Furthermore, a control panel has been established close to the well. To reiterate, the system's features include a QJ(R) submersible pump, a YQS type submersible motor, and a control panel with a wide range of protection features that were carefully selected to ensure smooth and safe pumping.


Collets or keys are utilized to mount the bowl and impeller onto the shaft, while bolts or flat fasteners keep the segments joined and secured. A non-return valve is present on the top of the pump, except for the lower head pump which doesn't require one. To prevent backflow, this valve allows fluid to flow in a single direction.


The type YQS submersible motor features a rotor that is kept in line with the help of a water-lubricating guide bearing. It is recommended to utilize distilled water or pure water when refilling the engine, or for rinsing purposes.

In order to ensure that the pump set is operating efficiently, it is required to be fully immersed beneath the dynamic water level. The distance between the motor of the pump set and the bottom of the well should be a minimum of 3 meters. However, the depth at which the pump set is submerged cannot exceed 70 meters.
