Nov 16, 2022Leave a message

The submersible pump industry plays a significant role in various sectors such as water conservancy, construction, energy mining, among others. Being an investment-driven industry, its market demand is highly influenced by the nation's macro-control policies. Therefore, it becomes crucial to understand the future development trends in the pump industry.

The submersible pump industry has been seeing an annual growth rate of about 20% on average. In line with this, the investments made to improve water conservancy in China during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan amounted to a whopping 462.8 billion yuan. More than half of this investment has been allocated to water conservancy projects.

To facilitate the progress of the domestic manufacturing sector, multi-stage pump manufacturing companies must address critical concerns such as saving energy, reducing electricity consumption, enhancing production efficiency, and adhering to national policies. Additionally, it is crucial for these enterprises to closely monitor the industry's development and changes, making necessary adjustments according to their unique business conditions. By doing so, they can ensure a faster and improved future development for themselves.

With the continuous technological advancements in my country's pump industry, multi-stage pump products are poised to move towards intelligence. Such pumps will be equipped with monitoring systems that can keep an eye on parameters like flow, head, pressure, vibration, and temperature, and thereby, assess the condition of the seal. They will also be capable of diagnosing the cause of a failure and provide a fitting solution. This intelligent design will undoubtedly bring a wave of transformative changes in the scope of multi-stage pump products.

The Prospective Industry Research Institute has provided data highlighting that multi-stage pumps constitute approximately 15% of the overall investment in mechanical equipment, specifically in sewage treatment, water conservancy projects, and related equipment. This means that over the next three years, there will be a market demand of nearly 40 billion, indicating promising prospects. Key pump enterprises in our country are expected to not only catch up with their foreign counterparts but surpass them as well. Thus, they will contribute significantly to the localization of crucial national technical equipment and secure a substantial stake in the global competition within the multi-stage pump market. Consequently, they are poised to become an industry powerhouse as a world-leading manufacturer of multi-stage pumps.
